People who stay up late eat more, eat worse, study finds

I'm a personal trainer. As such, I usually go to work earlier than most, and work later into the evening than most. I know what a challenge it can be to eat dinner at a reasonable hour because usually that's when I'm working! Nevertheless, studies continue to tout the severity of eating late at night so the key is to plan ahead! Read the article here.
